Milestones
SOHO FASHION was established in 1979 as a textile and garment export-oriented enterprise, laying the foundation for its international manufacturing focus and compliance-driven production standards.
In September 2000, the company reached a significant milestone by being listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, strengthening corporate governance, operational transparency, and long-term manufacturing stability.
In 2021, SOHO FASHION expanded its international design capabilities by building a global design team of more than 30 professionals and maintaining active exchange with leading fashion institutions worldwide.
In July 2023, SOHO FASHION was integrated into Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd., one of China’s largest provincial-level trade groups. This integration strengthened supply chain coordination, resource integration, and international business reach.
In August 2025, the company was officially renamed SOHO FASHION Group Co., Ltd., reflecting an upgraded brand structure and a long-term strategic focus on professional, responsible, and scalable apparel manufacturing.
