SOHO FASHION Group Officially Opens Bangladesh Representative Office

On September 16, 2025, SOHO FASHION Group held a grand ceremony in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, announcing the official establishment of its Bangladesh Representative Office. This milestone initiative marks another significant expansion of the Group's global supply chain layout and injects new vitality into China-Bangladesh fashion industry cooperation.

Distinguished Guests and Strategic Significance

Mahmud Hasan Khan Babu, Chairman of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), attended and delivered a speech, extending warm congratulations on the representative office's inauguration. Li Yanzhou, Chairman of SOHO FASHION Group, Jiang Ming, Deputy General Manager, and representatives from numerous subsidiaries of SOHO HOLDINGS GROUP .witnessed this moment together. The event attracted nearly 70 guests, including corporate clients, local suppliers, and business team representatives. The venue buzzed with lively exchanges, and numerous cooperation intentions were reached.

Under the witness of all attendees, Chairman Li Yan Zhou and representatives from partner enterprises jointly unveiled the Bangladesh Representative Office, marking the official commencement of SOHO FASHION's new journey in South Asia. Subsequently, the Group also presented plaques to several high-quality Bangladeshi suppliers, further solidifying the long-term cooperative relationship between both parties.

Building New Bridges of Cooperation

In his address, Chairman Li Yanzhou outlined SOHO FASHION's global strategy and the Bangladesh Representative Office's positioning and vision. He highlighted that Bangladesh ranks as the world's second-largest textile exporter, boasting a mature and extensive apparel industry ecosystem. Since 2011, SOHO FASHION has established stable partnerships with multiple local factories, bringing high-quality orders and employment opportunities to the region. The establishment of this representative office will further integrate supply chain resources, providing a more efficient collaboration platform for enterprises on both sides.

Globalization in Practice Along the Belt and Road

From China to Bangladesh and ultimately to global consumers' wardrobes, SOHO FASHION is implementing its "strengthening and complementing the industrial chain" strategy, actively integrating into the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative. The group is accelerating the construction of a multinational framework characterized by "R&D in China, production in Asia and Africa, and markets worldwide." Beyond Bangladesh, the company has also established cooperation with Egypt's Suez Canal Economic Zone and is setting up marketing offices in the United States, Europe, and other regions, continuously expanding its international supply chain footprint.
